Terms of Service:
- Wholesale accounts are available for Brick & morter stores and online stores.
- Amazon sellers are only permitted when approved by Lily and Momo.  Listing products on Amazon without approval will result in suspension of your wholesale account.  
- eBay sellers are only permitted when approved by Lily and Momo.  Listing products on eBay without approval will result in suspension of your wholesale account.
- Promotional rates and financing terms are being offered by Faire and not directly from Lily and Momo.
