Return Policy

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't—perhaps the style is wrong—we'll send you a new color, or style (additional shipping charges will apply), or issue you a quick refund. Merchandise must be unworn and in original condition. You have up to 30 days to return items purchased online. You may return unwanted merchandise for a refund; however, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Lily and Momo will refund the cost of the merchandise to the same credit card used for the original transaction.
